Steel GYM Additional Rules

#1 The challenger must have at least one NU Pokemon.
#2 The items BrightPowder, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Scope Lens, Lucky Punch, Stick, Focus Band, and Razor Fang are all banned.
#3 No two pokemon can have the same items.
